Growing-up church was something we always did together as a family. In high school I learned that church wasn’t a thing to do, but really a personal relationship with Jesus. Since then and through life’s many adventures, that relationship has continued to deepen and transform me from the inside-out. I have a teaching credential from Sacramento State University and MA Intercultural Studies/ Children and Youth at Risk from Western Seminary. Over the past 20 years I have stepped into a variety of positions including Children’s Ministry Director, stay-at-home mom, and teacher. I absolutely love spending time with kids, learning from them, and exploring God’s creation together.
In my free-time I love to play outside, make art projects (drawing, painting, crafting), and try to garden. We love going to the coast to play in the sand at the beach, camp in the forest, and explore the beautiful creation God has made. You will often find me barefoot with a cup of coffee in hand.
